Get fit with 12 weeks!
Today my personal project "Get fit with 12 weeks!" started. Not that I worry about my weight or anything (indeed not!!! :), but every day I feel more and more how much I need some physical activity. And I'm not a gym type of person.
So I decided to give it a try if Liina passed me the recipe. You can see it by clicking HERE.
Surprisingly, 1 minute of jogging is actually very fine, though it may seem ridiculous in the beginning.
Every beginning is tough..
Lesson nr 1: find something to cover the ears, otherwise it's too cold in the evening.
Lesson nr 2: get better running shoes, otherwise blisters are easy to come.
Hopefully the project will also have the side-effect of changing my attitude about jogging in general :)
